Competition terms and conditions
Article 1
Marseille Provence airport (AMP) and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board (CDT 84) organise a free competition contest with no purchase necessary, called
“WIN 3 EXCEPTIONNAL WEEK-ENDS IN VAUCLUSE ”
Article 2
Eligibility : The competition is only opened for people who are at least 18 years old and who connects to the website www.fly2labelleprovence.com between January 20th and April 20th, 2010.

Article 4
There will only be one winner per prize. The prize-winner must be one of the passengers travelling. The winner may choose an accompanying travel partner and both travellers must travel together. The wining passengers are responsible for all taxes, fees and charges associated with this prize. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part. Marseille Provence Airport and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board are not responsible for the changes decided by the airline, bus transport and partners associated to this competition. Marseille Provence Airport and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board are not responsible for the prize quality and the problems that could be encountered from these prizes. Nor the airline, not the partners, nor Marseille Provence Airport are responsible for any modification of any kind resulting from external causes (natural catastrophe, military actions, etc.)
Article 5
In order to enter, participants must enter name information and a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Marseille Provence Airport and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board. Should entrants decide that they no longer wish to receive emails from Marseille Provence Airport and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board, they may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
Article 6
After the competition dates, The prize-winners will be awarded on a fair and random basis under legal usher supervision and all prizes have been made available for distribution. No dispute will be allowed on this basis.
Article 7
Winners will be contacted by email. Marseille Provence Airport and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board are not responsible for delay, lost or trouble linked to network troubles for mail distribution. Details winners will be available online, all participants will be informed of the web address of this list by email.
Article 8
The prizes are non-transferable. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Marseille Provence Airport shall be final and binding and non correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered in whole or part. Marseille Provence Airport and Vaucluse Departmental Tourism Board shall be entitled to terminate or modify the contest at any time prior to the losing date by publishing any such modification at termination on the website www.fly2labelleprovence.com
